This long sleeve tee is built around a 125GSM waffle grid fabric that does two things: it creates a subtle texture that elevates the garment beyond a basic tee, and it improves airflow so you stay cooler during movement. The 100% polyester woven roving construction pulls moisture away from the skin and provides a smooth canvas for full-edge sublimation – your graphics are dyed into the fibers, not printed on top.
The fit is regular with set-in sleeves and a classic crew neck. A binding on the back neck adds durability where it counts. It works for team uniforms, event merchandise, training layers, or everyday wear. You can order one piece to test, a small batch for a squad, or hundreds for a full event. Available in unisex/kids sizing from YXS to 4XL, plus a separate women’s fit from W3XS to W3XL.

Full Sublimation Print: Your design is applied edge-to-edge with ink dyed directly into the polyester fabric. It will not peel, crack, or fade.

Artwork & Design Guidelines
For the best print result, here is what helps:

Preferred files: vector formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution raster files (.png, .psd) at 150–300 dpi at actual print size.

If text is included, please convert fonts to outlines or send the font files along.

A digital mockup of your tee will be provided for approval before production begins. Nothing goes to print without your confirmation.

Care Instructions
General care guidance for sublimated 100% polyester waffle grid garments:

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.

Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve fabric texture and print life.

Do not iron directly on printed areas. If needed, iron inside out on a low setting.

Do not dry clean.

Color Variation: Actual sublimation colors may differ slightly from screen previews. A digital proof and optional sample help set accurate expectations.
