The 170GSM SolarProtec fabric is certified UPF50+, which means it blocks more than 98% of UVA and UVB rays at the fabric level — no sprays, no reapplication. A 10% spandex blend gives the material four-way stretch and good recovery, so it moves with the body whether you're running, coaching, or setting up an event.
The fabric stays breathable and moisture-wicking even with its protective density. Full-edge sublimation means your artwork is part of the material itself, edge to edge, with no heavy print feel and no fading or cracking. The fit is regular with set-in sleeves, a crew neck, and back-neck binding. Sizing covers unisex youth and adult builds through 4XL plus a separate women's size curve from W3XS to W3XL.

Artwork & Design Guidelines
To get the best result on SolarProtec fabric, please follow these guidelines:

Preferred file types: vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution raster files (.png, .psd) at 150–300 dpi at actual print size.

Convert text to outlines or include the font files so nothing shifts during file handling.

If your files don't match these specs, send what you have. Our design team will review and advise on any adjustments.

A digital mockup will be provided for your approval before production begins. We do not print until you give the go-ahead.

Screen colors may look slightly different on the UPF fabric. For precise color matching, ask about a fabric swatch or a pre-production sample.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.

Use mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low or hang dry. High heat can affect spandex recovery and print longevity.

Do not iron directly on printed areas. If ironing is needed, use low heat inside out.

Do not dry clean.
