The NPS-CAP-035 is built for active use where ventilation and stability matter. It uses a 210gsm Vapor Tech fabric on the front panels, paired with a perforated mesh-style back design that allows consistent airflow during movement and training.
Unlike standard caps, this model uses a stretch-fit structure with elastic sweatband and spandex shaping, giving a more secure fit without adjustable hardware. It’s commonly used for running groups, gym teams, outdoor sports, and performance-focused brands.

- Measure head circumference where cap sits (above ears and eyebrows)
- Compare with a similar stretch-fit cap
- Allow ±5% tolerance due to manual measurement
