Production & Shipping
- Sample production: 7–10 working days after artwork approval
- Bulk production: 10–25 working days
- Normal shipping: 5–7 working days
- Urgent shipping: 2–3 working days
- Sea shipping: 35–40 working days (large orders)
- Remote area delivery may require additional 4–5 working days
- Private address surcharge: $8 per shipment
- Address change fee: $15 per package after shipment
